I hate those people.

That's why I decided not to go until February.

As per Big Country's demand, I now shall be uploading everything I eat every day into a Dropbox folder for everyone to see (and criticize). Hopefully this will help me improve my dieting habits, thus leading to some fat loss.

Jeff, good job on the almond milk. Regular dairy milk has a lot if sugar and slow burning protein. The sugars generally outweigh the protein

So in my house we should switch from 2% milk to almond milk? What about soy milk?

Soy milk has been shown to fuel whatever it is in a males body that causes cancer. Almond milk is a great alternative. Same consistency, little bit different taste. I use the Silk brand unsweetened almond milk. It has no sugar as opposed to 13 grams of sugar in 2% milk.

This is good to know. Looks like I'm not getting soy milk at Starbucks any more.

I will admit I like the taste of dairy milk a lot better than regular almond milk, but I can deal with it. I usually drink dark chocolate flavored almond milk, but I just bought some regular and vanilla flavored. It's an acquired taste, lol.

Did a quick google search and found this:

Some studies have shown that regular intake of soy products can increase breast cancer risks in women. Other studies, however, have found the exact opposite. Soy estrogen can also interfere with breast cancer chemotherapy and medication. If you are a current breast cancer patient or have a history of breast cancer, you should consult with your doctor before drinking soy milk.

Men can definitely benefit from drinking soy milk. The phytoestrogen and antioxidants in soy products can lower the blood testosterone level and prevent cell mutation. Studies have shown that regular intake of soy can significantly reduce the risks of prostate cancer in men.

I say this with all seriousness, but what product DOESN"T get linked with causing cancer nowadays per some random study?

On another note, wanna talk about acquired tastes?  I can't stand coconut water... tried every brand, and flavored ones... shit's just nasty.
