Ryan, one thing I've found that helps to motivate females, is to be active with them(no pun intended). Go for a hike, or a bike ride together, or play sports together. A lot of women are competitive, so that could be a lot of fun.

Tried bike rides, she doesnt like em... which sucks cause I love them! Lol
She always wants to go for walks... but I fucking hate going for walks. Guess ill have to bite the bullet and start takin one for the team.

Ryan, my husband says compromise with her, you'll go for a walk with her if she'll go with you for a bike ride lol
Just kicked my butt at the gym, specifically my arms and back, i've started drinking water with a green tea bag in it, it's pretty good. I've weaned myself off of refined sugar successfully, no permanent damage. Trying to get back into the caveman diet...my weaknesses are chips and beer, i've only been drinking one a night, and I have to start putting single serving chips in zip lock baggies...

Denny, that's a good plan to package out single servings. Portion control is very important. Beer is so much more terrible for you than I thought. My trainer posted an article on fb the other day about how alcohol slows the fat burning process. I'll see if I can dig it up for you to read.
I'm pretty nervous about Friday, that's when I take my agility test to get into my departments police academy. I've been practicing it(I have the requirements sheet, perk of working there haha) and last night my score was 59. That was also me running the 440 in the freezing ass cold. And doing it first instead of last. And I only got two pull ups my third one I didn't quite make it over the bar. I really need to improve my 440 time though. I ran it in 1:59. The lowest time to score is 1:49.
On a better note, my uniform pants are entirely too big!
