Well, as far as the cost goes here's a list of the parts that I had to acquire to run the SC with the prices NIB.  I hunted for deals and got the SC for an awesome price when I bought it.

Comptech RSX Type S Supercharger - $3595.00
Hasport K Series Intake Adapter - $134.10
RSX Type S Throttle Body - $100-200 (depending on who you buy it from)
or you could use this without the intake adapter and RSX Type S throttle body
Comptech TSX Supercharger - $4395.00
Goodyear Gatorback Belt GTR-4070785 - $33.39
Cham's KPro Harness - $300-350 (I'm not sure what the current price is)
RSX Type S Primary A/F Sensor - $250 (holy shit that's expensive)
Hondata KPro - $1595 (can also be found for around $800-900 on CRSX or K20a)

You will need miscellaneous hoses and clamps to re-route a few of your coolant lines, and power steering inlet.  In addition to that, I had to tap a hole on power steering pump inlet to re-orient the power steering inlet to clear the snout of the supercharger.  You can use a Honda Element power steering pump if you want to, but it's less expensive to tap the hole that's already on your Accord power steering pump.  In addition to that, you will need to extend 3 wires on your wiring harness.  I forgot what sensor they go to, but I'll get you the details if you need them.

You can also add a few upgrades like I did.

I have a wideband in my set up.  I only posted a list specifically to the SC install.  I would strongly recommend that anyone choosing to do this install also use a wideband air fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, and boost gauge.  If you're cheap, you can measure your air fuel ratio using KPro with the RSX wideband air fuel sensor and boost in KPro with the stock MAP sensor.
