These transmissions are actually pretty stout, i just got unlucky with my second one, broken motor mount FTL. Does anywhere make aftermarket mount? I have broke 3.

Maybe he just doesn't know how to drive?  Either way, it's gotta be operator error.  No other logical way to explain why 3 trannys were trashed and all the other problems with the motor.

I'm with you on that. Like Jer said, I've beaten on ALL of my cars and not one of them has blown up. Hell, I beat on the wife's old TL on a regular basis and those things had the "weak" auto trannies. Figure that one out.
