The pan has an extra 2 qt capacity.  It's also baffled.  It is supposed to clear the sub frame, but we will find out.  The other thing I realized is that the pan doesn't give enough clearance for me to use the circuit hero lower timing chain guide.  I'm going to have the guide machined for additional clearance.

Cant wait to see it all come together so many sickkk parts already, btw what cams ended up in there

Completely amazed at this whole build.  I wish I had the know how (and garage space  ) to attempt this type of engine build.  Good sh!t Tim!

Right now, I'm going to use the IPS KSC '11 with the M62. I have a set of SVM 212 SC cams on order that I'm going to be using with the HT-V1320.

My plan now is to just get the car back on the road so I can enjoy it before it gets cold. then I'm going to put it back up on jack stands for the winter and do some more upgrading.

I've been busy with work. The place I moved to doesnt allow me to work on my car. So ever since then I've slowly lost the desire to mod. I havent washed my car in over a year...

I do want to get PU bushings for the front arms from hyperflex.

That's a bummer dude.  Sorry to hear that.  I know that PCI should be making spherical bushings for the front LCA's if you're looking for something.

Thanks David.  I'm just waiting on a few misc parts to get everything buttoned up.  Unfortunately, money is the main thing holding me back right now.  I still have to get new injectors and plugs.  There are a few more things that are going to change over the winter.

I'd like to have the motor in and have the car tuned by September.  I'm not sure if that will happen, but that's my goal.  As far as all the other stuff (EPS/1320/tranny upgrades), it will be going in over the winter when I take the car off the road again.

nice! i just bought a house so it has set back my plans of sc'ing my car, but i will be needing to do some tranny work here soon since i have almost 90k miles on it.

I hear ya man.  I'm saving up for a house too, so that has slowed down my plans to buy a house.  The good thing is that we finally live in an area where housing is reasonably affordable and the cost of living is lower so we can actually save money.

As for the tranny stuff, I'm going to be going back to a 4.3 final drive Si gear set (1-5) TSX 6th, GearSpeed carbon synchros, and I'm probably going to get a WaveTrac LSD.
