Call 611 and ask for the customer loyalty department, and tell them your issue in detail they will hook you up. Don't talk to a regular agent its a waste of time! Get the loyalty department on the line and they will do what they can!

just did.  everythings good. still have the 106 amonth but with the original contract.

They handle business but, you have to ask for customer loyalty department they will never offer or suggest it. They are authorized to give some sick deals. I think T-Mo has the best customer service by a mile!

I wish Verizon adopted that philosophy.  I can never get consistent service from them.  I can go in to the store and talk to the same exact person and get different service from one day to another.  Those guys are a joke.

Service in store or from a regular T-Mobile agent is decent but, if you have been a customer for a year or two you can talk to the loyalty department, and they do a lot to keep you. I've found that if you call them and are polite and explain what your think they give you the best deal they can.

Yeah, I've been a Verizon customer for 10 years.  Regardless of whether I go into a store or call customer service, it's spotty.  I've never gotten consistent service from anyone in Verizon.

I personally hate how Verizon nickle and dimes you for every goddamn thing. I thought the mobile hotspotting was awesome for the Droid X until I come to find out that it's an extra $20 a month just to use it. I've already deleted the Mobile Hotspot app off my phone, and am now using a free Android version. I've also read some comments where people get extra charges on their bill for "overusing" their unlimited data plan. What the fuck. It's unlimited, let me use it however much I want!

There are four people in my family on our family plan. We get a shared 1400 minutes, my sister and mom have a $10 a month data plan, while I have a $30 unlimited data plan. My stepdad has a regular phone. We also have unlimited texting. There's also the insurance plans in there somewhere. Guess how much the fucking bill is each month? 250 goddamn dollars. I don't know if it's just me, but that seems extremely fucking high.

I have two lines with 1000 minutes, unlimited data, unlimited messages, Unlimited Calling within T-Mo network, and insurance on both phones and with the "loyalty discount" it's $140 a month.

I have 2 phones with like 700-800 minutes, both have unlimited data and text, and I get a 15% discount from work and my bill is like $180 a month.

The unlimited plans actually have a 5GB cap.  I know this was true for Sprint, and I believe Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T (prior to AT&T going to Tiered plan).

Yeah, I got grandfathered in on the "unlimited" plan, but it is 5GB per billing cycle. The most I think I have ever used is 2GB.

Alpha from what I was told yesterday T-Mobile is 100% unlimited. I asked and we spoke at length about how other carriers chage outlandish fee's for extra data when you have an unlimited plan.  In fact we used 5.4 GB last month.

At least I don't follow the flock! I had a Google (Android) phone before 85% of you fucks knew what it was! I've been in since day one, and have been nothing but, satisfied. It's a company I have a good sum of money invested in they have a very strong business model which has been very profitable to my investments. When there is a software issue with there devices they actually fix them. They release phones that the buttons actually work correctly on out of the box oh and I can hold my phone how ever I want and it actually works! Just follow that flock straight off the cliff!

Its so easy to set you off Mike. Funny as hell too. However, I don't fllow the flock. I tried the phones just like you did and loved how it worked. Did a bit of researching on customizing my phone i.e. jailbreaking, and went from there. Frankly, I'm not a fan of Apple products. Never have been. I see Steve Jobs as the antichrist. The iphone is the only Apple product I own, period.

Well Z, to put things into perspective, the Droid X has a huge display, faster processor, and quadruple the amount of RAM than your 3G. But it's like comparing apples to oranges. I was never expecting the phone to be a battery saving monster to begin with.

The 3GS is a nice phone. Plus the multi-tasking will be cool when you put iOS4 on it. Or alternatively, you can keep the software at 3.1.3, and install the jailbroken version of multi-tasking. It involves Backgrounder and some other apps that make multi-tasking fully integrated.

I know all about how my 3G is slow as balls compared to the current phones. That's why I'm going to step up to the 3GS. Same processor and RAM as the i4 without the retarded bugs. As for the OS and backgrounder, I've been jailbroken and running backgrounder since OS 2.2. Either way, I'm sure that by the time I do pick up the 3GS it'll already have 4.0 if not 4.whatever the fuck.
