I've never had this expirence myself but, I've heard a million times that lowering springs will destroy stock shocks. My suggestion would be to do this work yourself so that you know how, and when your stock shocks give out you can upgrade them your self.
I've heard the same thing, but that didn't stop me. I'm running S Techs now and they've been on for roughly 7K miles. The shocks feel the same as the day I installed the springs. But like Mike said, get the experience from the spring install and replace the shocks later. Its easy to do the install, once you know where everything is. If you were closer, I'd help you out like Kevin said.

Probably a stupid question, I tried to unscrew my Honda key today and it was like nearly impossible. Is there a trick or something or do I have to take it to a Honda dealer to do? How much will that cost just to replace the battery? It feels as if the screw is glued or something, would'nt even budge. I didn't wanna brake it so I left it alone...
From what I understand, the screw is "Loctited" in there.

If you didn't live like 1000 miles away I'd do it for you for free.
Are you planning to put this on with stock struts? If so I, along with many others, want to let you know these will really speed up the struts dying out. I had two struts go bad within 6,000 miles after install
How open is that invitation? cause i plan on making this purchase by the end of the summer

as long as I have my spring compressors on hand, its open, I do lend them out often, but its not a tough job to do honestly.

I have replaced my battery. It is just a screw and it kind of clips in at the back where you attach it to the key chain.

I didn't ask, I am just gonna take it to them tomorrow when I have some time nd let them change it out. Im sure it's a standard battery you can get at radioshack but I just don't wanna strip that screw and have to buy another remote key which they will have to re-program. It's easier for them to do it.

quick question: is there any benefit to tightening the throttle cable? How would I go about doing this if it's even worth it?

Throttle cable? I thought our cars were fly by wire! Anyways... Yeah I had the same problem with my key fob screw but with some good hand pressure and the right screwdriver, you're set

eh, maybe i used the wrong terminology... Whatever that cable is called, lol. One goes to this black box (cruise control probably), and the other goes somewhere.
I just don't know how much play there should be for them.

Ok, sorry about the confusion.
Is there a diagram I can get to figure out what to tighten? It seems so simple to do, but I'm completely stumped, lol.
Edit: Ok, I took a closer look at it, and there's a nut, then the bracket holding it, then another nut. Do I simply just tighten the two down so that the threaded thingy they're on pulls farther away?
Edit2: Ok, stupid me figured it out, lol. It definitely filled a dead spot in my pedal. Then I was like, "Hm, let's go some more!" and that's when I made the car idle at 3,000 RPM, lol. I made them both tight, but you could still move them around just a tad bit.
