Went to court and had my tinted lights tickets thrown out and threw on another pair of tires that way I have a matching set. No more spinning my bald ass OEM michelins when it rains.

Glad to hear that, Z. Back when I was on my bald ass Michelins and went on a drive to Tallahassee, my car hydroplaned 6 times.

Also tried to do my brakeline and flush. I didn't have the special wrench for it so not going to risk stripping it. Guess the lines will have to wait another week or so.
You mean a crows foot wrench?

Also I need someone to help me with clutch bleeding. I have am going to use my friend pump thingy to keep pressure while I bleed it, but where is the bleeder screw on the v6 6mt. And how do I know I am doing it right?
The bleeder is on the slave cylinder, which is on your transmission.

I actually just did my clutch yesterday. It might be hard to reach the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder. I know on mine, the bleeder screw is in the most inconvenient position with pretty much no way to reach it.
Isn't there also a check valve on the slave cylinders of most Hondas that you can take out to make the clutch a lot less vague? You might look into that if you're a spirited driver.

He means a flare nut wrench..
EDIT: I think crows foot and flare nut are synonymous.

Mark, self pwnage is awesome!!
Julian, it's really not that hard to get to the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder. It is fairly accessible on a stock K24. I don't know of any check valve that you can remove from the master cylinder either. What do you mean about the clutch being vague? You think you could be a bit more descriptive about the problem?

There was a thread on v6p discussing whether or not this mod can be applied to 7th gens:

There's also a thread on DA that's discussing it and some have actually done it. I guess the J series clutch slave cylinders share the same part number. I just don't know if this applies to the K.

Maybe it was on DA and not v6p, because just like everything else, when you actually want to go back and find the thread again, you can't find it, haha. I had to use google just to get the thread on Acurazine.

Friend came and picked up his headlights today. So I helped him install and wire it all up.

Well for a lot of people, I guess they might feel that the stock clutch doesn't really bite at a specific point. But basically, on some slave cylinders, there's a check valve that slows down the fluid return which slows down the clutch. If you take that out, you get much better shifts and the clutch action is a lot faster. In the case of the 8th gen Civics, people have reported that it really helps get rid of grinds. However, I looked on my slave cylinder and it doesn't have it so I don't know what other K series transmissions it applies to. From what I know, it's mostly a J series thing.
