painted my headlight housing black and hi-beam reflector bowl yellow (idea from piero and alex)

i do have a question about those who have taken apart their headlights in general. when i was clamping everything down, i was able to get a good seal around the headlights except for the "straight side" (closest to the door)

any ideas what i can do to either fill in the cap or get the side to clamp up really good?

I installed my McIntosh MC440 that I just got back from repair, only to find out that it was half ass fixed.  Now I have to send it back to the same jackass that first sent me someone else's amp and sent mine to someone else, and then sent me my amp back not fixed.
