Replaced a broken valve cover stud and all valve cover gaskets and seals.

Took it to a meet in Hooksett, was awkward at first but some Honda clan showed up and we gravitated to each other like bugs to a bug light. Met some cool people.

Ordered a bunch of tranny parts for the rdx. May end up returning most but I rather have them and not needing them. Should be a fun weekend.

Heading over to AFH parts to test fit an AP2 exhaust tip.
Yesterday dropped the subie off for head gasket work, they are taking care of it. Should have it back in a few days.

I think i blew the motor. It is idling all screwed up and running really rough.. I think its time for a j32a3 or j35a5 swap..
cleaned out the egr valve today and the car started up like new again. wTF man. There was a large chuck of carbon stuck between the valve and the opening

That's why I went with PCDS instead of HFPCs. On the J30 I found myself cleaning the egr 3-4x a year because I knew my Pre cats were on the way out and didn't want to risk my motor sucking up remnants of the pre cats. I remember not being able to idle at all because of a clogged egr.
I do still have to get a resonator added tho.

I am pretty sure The cats are starting to go out also. There was a shard of Aluminium or something metallic stuck in the EGR after I cleaned it and it got stuck again.

Swapped out spark plugs for some new NGK's and also finally changed my accessory belt. ...didn't realize that a new belt would smell like something was burning while driving today. I guess because it was a new and tighter one than the one taken off which was basically at its breaking point. Car is running fine now

Added a filter to my water meth system, swapped in bigger water meth nozzles, remote mounted my oil pressure sensor and gapped and replaced my spark plugs.

Moved all my parts to the basement. Found a guy selling a TSX radio/nav but I probably won't be able to get it until after November.

Saving up to get four new tires and both front axles before winter kicks in.
Don't like how the cruddy Firestones on my TSX wheels ride. Both my axles have been making clicking noises at full lock more than usual, even with new CV joint grease.
I have one expense to take care of first, then gradually save up for the tires then axles.

well my starter decided to crap out today also... lol Wonderful ;p so I bought a new one and an EGR valve just cuz.
Also broke one of the bleeder valve on the wife suv, but it was in the close position. So Fk it. Going to do the whole brake system in the spring.

Replaced my flex pipe after I had flanges welded on the new one. Also removed the electric cut out. Hopefully the car is a bit quieter and doesn't have an exhaust leak anywhere else.
