Airfield is rented out by car clubs, we can't just drive in there, unfortunately.  Where did youw ork on mamk avenue?

So how much or what can we do to rent out the airfield, because what you mentioned the other day seems extremely tempting.

I used to work at 1311 mamk ave. it's got several lots but one of them is secluded and surrounded by trees from three sides and can make for a nice backdrop, as long as LEO's don't bother us.

not cheap enough that we can realistically expect to do it without just jumping on with the guys I jumped in with on Sunday.  Try like $5,000 for the day, but when you have 200 cars show up, it makes it easily affordable and fun.

heck, with some planning and cooperation, I believe we can get about 50 people to pay $100 for a fun day.

Do you know what the place is called or any contact info, I would want to call them and try and spread the word and see what we can do for either later this year or early next year.

I will not be able to make it to Toys For Tots because I will be in Detroit that week.  I will however be in RI this Sunday for this meet (I think).  Here are the details posted from other forums.

No excuses kev, I've been all over the east coast and nothing's stopping me now.

My car isn't in tip-top shape right now, plus spending $80 on gas right now = not such a good idea, I have too much $$ going out into the J33 right now, I need to save some cash buddy.

Due to time constraints I haven't posted anything about it yet, but NYC Alive & E.C.A.P. is having a meet in sunken meadow park on the 19th.

E.C.A.P are the East Coast Accords and Preludes.

I'm hoping to post the info in a new thread ASAP.
