I smell a meet cooking, pun intended. My use will be pretty restricted. We do have a patch of land in Gulf Shores on the beach we could camp on, which will hopefully one day become a free 3500 sq ft high rise unit, but as of now its a good acre with a sand filled pool.

I've got room to park at least 10 cars in my driveway and in front of the yard. And I've got a gas grill on the back patio. Tons of alcohol. And usually a hot chick or two walking around the neighborhood. And I'm only about 30-45 minutes from the beaches...Party at my house.
