I'm going to throw my .02 into this as well. When it comes to our CMs, I don't know much. The K series is a whole new animal to me, but I am learning. I've dealt with the J series with my wife's TL. Point is, even though I don't know much about the CM chassis, I know enough about other things to be able to contribute elsewhere. A lot of things transfer over. Tire size, suspension, things of that nature. If I have a decent idea of something I really don't know about, I'll make my educated guess and see what a more knowledgeable person says otherwise. Then I learn from the correction. That's the only way to learn. But to reserve yourself to the regional thread is only hurting your knowledge base. You won't learn much here. I was going to say something else, but I lost myself. Anyway, I hope I made my point. Bash at will for invading "you guys" thread.

Here's what it comes down to. I don't expect everyone to be technically proficient, nor do I want everyone to be. I wanted to be able to have people share their knowledge so that others could come here to learn. The goal of this forum was to primarily be here as a source of information as well as a community of enthusiasts. Joining up and deciding only try be a part of their local community while ignoring the rest of us seems to be kind of rude. I mean, why would anyone want to join a community they don't want to be a part of? The "not reading other threads" comment really set me off though. The reason why I made a comment earlier was to encourage anyone that has only been posting in here to venture out and become a part of the community. Only sticking with the locals is really not doing anything for the community as a whole IMHO.

We never bash for someone "invading" our thread its nice to see other members over here, we only did the forementioned because a member was instigating a past situation.
As for the "social only" members theory I think there comes a point where your CM reaches its full performance potential with just bolt-ons. And the only way to really see large power gains from it is by spending a substantial amount of money for an engine build, F/I or tranny swap. And a lot of us dont have large amounts of $$$ just laying around or else we prolly wouldnt be driving Accords in the first place,.. or we'd have the power that we want!
I honestly avoided the performance threads for a while when I achieved full bolt-on potential and realized, the next step of modifications were going to cost an arm and a leg

Hahaha. Too funny. Anyway, my point was that I'd love to see other members that haven't strayed from this thread to join the discussion that the rest of us are having and become a part of the community.
