I've still been writing down what I eat, and I also started using my Iron Gym pull-up bar, using this workout I found: http://voices.yahoo.com/how-full-body-workout-using-iron-gym-10680889.html?cat=50

I never thought I would be able to get such a good workout using that thing. 20 minutes with the pull-up bar feels more exhausting than 2 hours at the gym. Lol. I definitely feel more in shape after only 2 weeks of using it. I've only lost like 1-2 pounds so far, but I may also be starting Insanity with a friend. I feel like you have to already be in shape to do that program.  Suicide

My husband and I did this thing called FIT class.. It got to be expensive, but they boasted you'd be in the best shape of your life. The workout is non stop for about 45 minutes to an hour, and most people throw up after the first few times.. which I did..

Lol that's called the anabolic threshold. I've danced with it a few times.

That's sounds like HIIT(high intensity interval training). It's a killer workout. Go from station to station every 1 minute or so. It's a beast. I like crossfit. Crossfit is similar to HIIT but with heavy weights thrown in on some stations.

Had my yearly physical yesterday.  Somehow I gained almost 10 pounds from last year (179lbs), which is the heaviest I've ever been.  Dunno where all the weight is though... ?

I'm fairly certain that I will live the rest if my life in the overweight category of the outdated BMI standards. Once I finish losing fat I may even bulk enough to be obese again haha

I've always been underweight / hard gainer.
I'm in the same "dilemma" as Dave.  So if I am below the sacred BMI chart ratings, does that mean I'm actually somewhat underweight??  I do wish I had more overall mass, for that intimidation factor.  Please don't take that out of context or off topic.  LOL.
