Borderline shitty if you ask me. Mornings usually consist of oatmeal and/or yogurt, but on Tuesdays and Thursdays I get a 6" ham egg and cheese sub at Subway, because of my early as fuck class. Lunch is the worst for me. I usually end up eating out at like Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, or other various places, due to me having class like right after working out. Then for dinner I do shake 'n bake chicken or pork. I've started eating black beans and rice too. I've pretty much answered my own doubts about my weight loss; I just need to stop eating out. I also need to stop drinking soda. Way easier said than done. I could make my own lunches, but I usually end up underpacking, and I'll get hungry as fuck in an hour or so. I really don't know what to pack besides a sandwich, and maybe yogurt.
eating out doesn't have to be entirely bad.. just look up nutrition info and be smart about what you pick.. the thing about eating out isn't necessarily the calories as much as it is sodium..
I rarely drink soda these days.. if i do have one, i can't finish the can..

My big thing when I eat out is bread. Like where I had a turkey burger a whole bun is entirely too many carbs so I used the lettuce as the top of the bun. It's really easy to get grilled chicken and broccori. Or a grilled chicken salad with a decent dressing. Chilis and tgi Fridays have some of my meals. Chilis healthy menu: sweet and spicy chicken. Fridays: dragon fire chicken

I remember the days when I could scoff at this. Now I'm tired lifting myself out of a chair.

It really amazes me, I'm getting a lot stronger, have lost a lot of fat from my arms and legs and they just aren't growing it seems like

So I started drinking caffeine again. I'm trying to use it to help my workouts now, rather than use it as maintenance to keep myself awake throughout the day.
Anyone have any recommendations for caffeine based supplements? I'm not opposed to coffee or Red Bull/Rockstar, but if there is a lower calorie supplement; I would be willing to try it. I think my buddy is going to give me some samples of Advocare Spark, but I'm wondering what else is out there that could be of better value.

Most all of the pre-workout supps have a lot of caffeine. I really like the monster ultra zero calorie zero sugar. Are you wanting to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain?
