Okay, now that I have a better idea of what this is all about, I think it's time for some people to step back, take a breath, and come back when you've cooled off enough that you can be receptive to feedback.  As others have already pointed out, this is everyone's forum.  We are a community of enthusiasts.  Some of you guys have become acquaintances, some of you have become friends, and some have become family.  We all try to have fun and joke around with each other, but all of it is meant to be light hearted and in the interest of good old fun.  I try not to take things too seriously, especially in these "squad" threads, since it's just a social gathering of chatterboxes and post whores.

Obviously, enough of you feel strongly about this.  Why don't you guys just try and lay low for a while and when you're ready, hash this out.  Life it too short to waste it with drama and hurt feelings.

thanks for the feedback Bill.  I also dont know much of whats going on as far why the OP would start a new thread when I never had issues with that particular person in the first place which doesn't make any sense. That person was also lazy enough that he copied my entire OP post in the original mdvacm thread, then modified it on his own. I know that the OP has also been reading my responses because during my earlier responses I would still he his user name "viewing" the thread on the bottom left corner of the thread, yet still fails to make some kind of response at this time.  Like I said multiple times already, the adult thing to do is to talk about the issue first directly rather than being passively aggressive about it like some teenager because I know we are all adults here, growned up and all have our sort of responsibilities....

I would hate to lose members too, especially in an immature and petty way like this, but if it has to come down to it then I still respect for doing whatever they feel is right as a human being and would NEVER exactly what to do.

Wow. Cant believe I take a brief break from the forum and everything blows up like this. I would like to say to all the other forum members please keep your opinions out of this matter unless you know all of the circumstances involved which you would not unless you frequent our squad thread.  This has been bubbling for a really long time and it just happened to come to a head.  We are one of the tightest knit squads on here and you can tell that by how much we talk to each other hence the million pages in our squad thread.  We've had these lil spats resolved peacefully many times before however sometimes things need to be aired out in order to get a point across which was the point of this thread.

Ryan, not trying to call you out but this is what it has come to and since it's already out there here it is.  Yes you have done a lot for the squad and nobody is denying that, yes you have recruited a good portion of the members and nobody is denying that, yes you have taken a lot the pictures and nobody is denying that.  However as a result of all your doing it has given you a since of arrogance that seems to make you think that whatever you say or do is the all end be all.  Due to this arrogance is the reason why the members YOU recruited rarely post here and communicate with the rest of us outside of the forum. I'm not going to name names but Mario already put his name out there and I'm sure the others should be apparent since there's only really about 5-6 of us that post regulary in our squad thread. The reason they dont post is because they dont want to step on your toes and get into a stupid argument with you. A lot of times I have nothing better to do so I dont care. LOL!! But you have claimed that thread to be yours and you do try to tell people what they can/shouldn't post in your thread. And if you say you dont then your a bold ass liar because you of all people should know that since this is a forum there is a record of conversations.

Finally to take credit for another members build just because you introduced him to the mechanic is the ultimate arrogant statement.  With all of Blinx's knowledge and contacts you actually think that if he hadnt met you there's no way he woulda got that work done. Come on man, get real!  That's like me saying if you never met me you woulda never got your car aligned, tires put on and got some good tire shine. That's plain stupid especially when until now Paul never really dealt with K-series engines. I was really blown away that you had the audacity to say that.  I've typed enough for now and all my thoughts are running together so if I think of more I'll post later.

And to all the people who gave their opinions before that arent in the squad read this and then see if you still feel the same way.

For starters allow me to apologize to Ryann for taking his photo out of the thread! I believe that was a shitty move but the fact that I was posting on my phone and removed your photo so that there would be no mistake about who we were referring to here. I did later realize that you may have taken it as my intent to remove you from OUR! Squad, which let me make clear! Is not the reason for this post!
Second, I did not put your photo back in because you "called me out on it" as if you have some sort of "authority" over any other member here.

Now that most of the squad members have posted their opinions Ill now post(not because I am an authority on the matter, but because I was the OP and the one whose motive is unknown) Don’t for one fucking second think that I am at a loss for words or replies to your pitiful cries for help from non-squad members.

As it has been stated numerous times, this has been an issue that has needed to be addressed for a while. Ryann, not only has it been the way you have acted on the forum, but the constant shit you talk about other squad members off of the forum and over PM.

Perhaps since I am so childish I should air that out as well, but the fact is I am not childish, I am in fact the opposite and telling you that I am not happy with your conduct.(could I have PMed you on the matter and not "called you out?" perhaps but that would’ve just fed your overgrown sense of arrogant squad/forum authority)

Every "rule" I posted in the OP was pertaining to things you’ve done in the past. Although you and I have never had a direct conflict, I’ve had to sit by and try not to take sides in arguments (even though its plain to see that you are taking things too seriously in the situation) but edit my posts because I know your some kind of forum god that needs to have his feelings and delicate sensibilities taken into account.

Furthermore, Thank you! Thank you sooo much for proving my point that you’ve taken things to a whole new level of arrogance and self righteousness. Thank you for introducing me to Paul so he could build my K frank. Without you Ryann I would still be doing shift knobs and footwell LEDs.

In addition to complaining about other squad members so called copying your mods (which I think is retarded) and not selling you certain items/services for the price you wanted, you’ve also actually complained about new members not giving you credit for being the Original Poster in our squad thread! (This I must say is a level even I thought you’d never reach, perhaps I should’ve called you on your bullshit then? But to be honest I didn’t understand your reasoning for it!)
In addition I personally have spoken to you on the matter of my K-build and for some reason other K-swappers that you hangout with now have been looking at my build (The fact is I could care less, I appreciate the help) I don’t appreciate the fact that you wont allow me to communicate with them (as if I care now) because they apparently don’t want to be known (if they didn’t want be known then why would they have brought their rides to the Richmond meet?) This didn’t bother me at first but after you started acting as if you were some kind of authority it started to piece itself together.

To wrap things up this was not my idea. There were other parties involved who spoke and did not speak, I’m just the only one who’s tired of appeasing your delicate sensibilities, and I think I’m one of the few squad members who hasn’t had a spat with you. I will take full blame/credit for the post tho.

To the non-squad members, do not get involved in this, 90 percent of you do not know me, do not know Ryann and do not know our squad nor do you hangout with us/read our squad thread or understand the internal workings. So don’t put in your .02 because Ryann said “your rims look cool” or “I think your exhaust sounds great” and you think he’s a great guy. This is a matter that you don’t understand.

To Tim, I do apologize for posting a second thread, and in no way will this continue to be our new thread, it was to be an eye opener because of Ryann’s Authority as an Original Poster. Please feel free to keep this open for another day or two and then close it because I would like to hear more inner squad responses on this, or I will close it once everyone has said their piece.

Finally, to Ryann, for the record I do respect you, I do respect your contributions to our squad, I hope you continue to be a member of it. And for all purposes I have nothing but love for you man, if you had come to my house I would’ve worked on your system free of charge(I am now, but I didn’t throw in the fact that I cancelled going to a movie with my brother so I could make time for your car) but you didn’t show up.

I never said a word about showing you or the squad Joplin Rd, which I personally believe is one of the best squad cruise Roads in Northern VA.

I’ve never thrown it in your face that I would’ve had your back at a moments notice if some shit had jumped off with your cousin!

What I will not do is sensor myself because a non-authority has become to pissy to joke and hangout with us, speaks poorly of other members because of his own motives and even attempts to sneak around and not include or tell us about other meets (for which I have no interest in anyways, but am full aware of)

I will not post here again, as stated prior, this was not intended to be a new MDVACM thread and shall be closed once every involved party (inner squad and moderators) has responded fully and made their piece.  Sorry for the forum inconvenience but this needed to be done.

Anyway...every squad has its drama. If I'm not mistaken FLCM kind of fizzled off and laid low for a while before we re-grouped last summer (which is when i joined). You guys should lay low and think about the good things about your CM squad, and how important it is to leave the drama out. I don't really know who's responsible, seems like a little bit of everybody. But I do know that this is the type of behavior one would expect at g7a, not ecm...
