Actually, I found out what it was, MYSTERY SOLVED! Evidently the previous owner had installed and some how got it all tangled up, an extension cable for the battery maintainer. So it turn out to just be the left over extension accessory cable. Good thing is that I wound up needing it for the same purpose and am actually using it now. Go figure!

Battery Maintainer = for cars that get driven rarely/garage queens, just drive it, problem solved, hahaha (just busting balls)
