Not to mention those headlights HAVE to be illegal.  Even with 2 sets of HID's in there I doubt he is able to see much of anything.

^^ I'm not 100% a fan of that front lip, but if that car were lowered with some different wheels, it wouldn't look that bad.  Those side skirts are huge though..
