I need to upgrade to bluray. Everything is ready for it I just haven't bought the player yet. Does anyone know if I use my Onkyo reciever for HDMI switching, will it still be 1080p? I would need to add two more speakers as well.

I got it last Christmas. It has 4 in 1 out. I have looked and I am thinking about getting a 149 samsung one. I compared it to a 300 one and it was identical other than the way it looked. Then I would add two speakers which would add more. I could always blow my paint money....

What Onkyo model?  I believe the 606 and up do 1080p passthrough..

Just got home from shooting skeet. I meant to work on my seats but..... Who would give up skeet shooting to put on leather seats? It was soooo cold, but worth it. I am going to start on the last seat within the hour though after I get some food.
