Just donated blood & my company gave me some free baseball tickets Florida Marlins vs Baltimore Orioles on June 24th 2009 @ 7 pm  ... sucks I ain't a Marlin fan.. might sell on CL or give to my pops and moms..

Day1. Chest and Back + AbX  MONDAYS
Day2. Plyometrics  TUESDAY
Day3. Shoulder and Arms + Abx WEDNESDAY

Day6. KenpoX  SATURDAY
Day7. Rest or StretchX SUNDAY

but you can switch it up if you want.. I find it easier to follow the schedule since I have a hectic life...  but trust me it works... (Day 90 you will see my photos)

I'm thinking about how I just realized that I put my TL-S RSB on backwards.... the dip in the middle is going down, but it's angled in towards the front of the car, not towards the rear.... I don't think it's a problem though, because it's still secured tight. Or maybe not. What do you guys think?

Your car will not pass a safety inspection if they notice it. I know from eiirence with one of my older cars.

It looks like bad lighting first photo, better lighting second photo, and flexing in good lighting in third photo. I can do that too if you want :P lol

Thanks for the photos Rolo. Monday is when the training begins. Pretty excited. I really need to lose the huge Indian belly that I got. Pretty embarrassing for a 20 year old.

Good luck with the training guys. I start my martial arts re-training soon hopefully. Cannot wait to get back into it.
