My Raybestos Professional Grade LCAs just arrived from Rockauto.  I took the first one out of the box, inspected the compliance bushing and noticed a small tear that goes all the way through on both the top and bottom of the bushing.  I though the bushing was damaged until I took the second LCA out of the box and noticed the bushing was torn on the top and bottom of this one as well.  So now I'm just confused as to whether this is normal or not. 

So folks, normal or defective?

Those aren't in the "working" part of the rubber. Its from the mold when they poured the rubber in. Nothing to worry about.
