I had AFH fix my gas door cable, when they got inside some turd nugget had welded the bolts or whatever on the inside. He said it gave them a real hard time, I just felt bad because they were helping me out.

Open the sunroof and I think it's in one of the two front corners.

It drains out from your front wheel wells. If you don't see anything physically stuck in the hole, try pouring some water down it and check to see if it is draining out from the wheel well or not.
