yeaaa wang's auto is a fucking joke. I couldnt believe it when you told me how many times they wanted you to call to confirm your appt, re-confirm your appt, re-confirm your confirmation for your appt etc... thats BS
Thats awesome that ESP is letting you rent the dyno and letting Cham do the work! How long are you projecting that it will take you to get that beast tuned? If your going to be there for a while I will drive in and see if I can skip outta work a tad early to head over there to partake in the madness lol

We are starting at 2:00 and hopefully finishing up no later than 5:30. The shop closes at 5:00, so we won't be there too late. We are just dyno tuning for power that day. We have been street tuning it this week, so we should be close to the final tune by next Friday.

An Asian guy named Gary Wang. It's a shame though. It seems like they knew how to make power and build motors. Comparing them with ESP, they were a lot less professional. I still liked ESP, but I was just unhappy with the tuning from the impression Cham got (since I couldn't be there). I am still extremely happy with the fabrication with my exhaust that was done at ESP. I also think they have a more mature attitude.

As far as the name goes, makes sense. It's too bad like you said. Just the unprofessionalism is what's going to make them lose business. Glad you're going to be making progress and having Cham tune for you.

word of mouth can make or break a business ESPECIALLY in the automotive industry, you would think that they would be a little more conscious of this...
