So, I was on the verge of buying a Nexus 7, because my netbook is pretty useless now. However, I stopped myself and said that I would wait to see what the Microsoft Surface Pro will be like. I think that would be a bit more suitable as a laptop replacemet. I do like me some Android, though.

So I finally bought a tablet, an ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity..  bought the keyboard dock as well..

I was waiting for the Surface Pro, and still am; but with as much travel as I'm expected to do til the end of the year, I wanted one now.  Granted, I'm surprised it took me this long to buy a tablet..

So I'm building a new computer I have most of the parts already (just need a case) so far I have..

ASUS P8Z68-V Pro/Gen 3 Motherboard

Intel 7 2700K Unlocked Quad Core Processer w/Hyper threading

GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Corsair H100 Liquid cooler

(3) OCZ Vertex 3 240G Solid State Drives

OCZ Z-Series Z1000M 1000W ATX PSU

8Gb of DDR3 Ram G-Skill Ripjaws

and probably a Fractal Arc Midi Case

Using it to record and edit videos and play games. It will play any game out there at max settings with HD texture packs at crazy resolutions. I'm either getting two 23" monitors or one 29" I can't wait to put this beast together Cheesy

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm going to Overclock the hell out of it hence the unlocked processor, video card and liquid cooler. Hoping for 5ghz stable but 4.8-4.9 is the norm from a setup like this
