Where is Eugene? That would be about $240k here. Somewhere in the 110 a square foot range.

I guess he has money to burn. I'd rather waste my money on parts that actually make my car faster, hookers, and drugs. Fucking amateurs. :

I need to figure out if I want to rent my house out or not, lots of things involved in that...but extra income would be nice too...

I can't get over the inflation of housing in the north. I'll show you what 500k will buy in my neighborhood. This house is a few houses down from mine
Click Me!
This is probably one of the nicer homes in my neighborhood.
Click Me!
There's no telling what these would cost up north in a comparable neighborhood.

Haha yeah. It's pretty bad ass. I'm not a big fan of the kitchen though, it's pretty dark, especially in person. A house of that caliber should have a four car garage imo. Speaking of the lottery, I bought more tickets while in Gulf Shores. Drawing is tonight. I only bought 25 numbers this time and did the Florida Lottery not the powerball. I'll still take 4 million, lol!

All I know is that my brother got his house for $120k, when the same house out here in MA it would be at least $800k-$1mil. Srsly.
yea, welcome to the northeast. anything worth even looking at will run you $300K and up. all of these prices are making me
what i paid for my 900sq ft apartment.

My 1025 square ft. condo cost $82,000. It is 2/1.5. Which is pretty cheap considering it's in a college town and in the most desirable location in that town. It's not super nice, but not bad, especially for a college student.

Can't get a condo for under $95000 in my non college town! I was looking at condos initially but, it's not really worth the investment local to me.

It also helps that your parents paid for it Bill. I'd be happy if my parents bought me a condo too.

That's why I'm trying to move out of the area down south.
