Verizon customer service is garbage. I had some woman call me the other day to say my bill was late. She was totally wrong. I just didn't return my old phone for the replacement phone they sent me yet. I got kinda pissed, so I asked her if they plan on harassing me every time this shit happens. She turned into a huge bitch and started arguing with me. I ended up hanging up on her for being so fucking rude. Whatever happened to companies that treat their customers with some sort of decency so they keep their business? Verizon are fucking clueless. Even their employees hate them. I think every future conversation I have with a Verizon employee I'm going start out with a pleasant, "why don't you pull your thumb out of your ass, stop treating your customers like shit, and go fuck yourself when you're done doing your job.".

4 years is enough. Call back and ask for them again. Tell them you are thinking of canceling an would like to discuss some alternatives. I got my upgrades at new customer price through them.

wow I've been away for awhile.. damn new job..
when I get some more time I'll have to explain to you why Verizon Wireless is the worst company in the world and really don't give two shits about their customers. let just say, I was supposed to get two new phones (due to warranty replacements) and one was sent the alabama, and the other to a "Brent" Beaudry.. My fucking name is ON the account.. and I spoke with this bitch.. seriously?!?! At least I finally get my brand new droid incedible 2 today for free and no affect on my account. just been waiting since Wednesday thanks to them fucking up..

considering the fact that I was lied to 3 times, yep. I honestly wouldn't have cared if it took a week to get here, it's the fact that they fucked up the first time, and then lied to me about it. Then when they "fixed" it, they lied again about when it would actually be shipped. after they screwed up the first time, they offered me saturday delivery, which was ideal considering my fiance and I both work all day during the week. Oh and when I spoke to a supervisor Friday evening to find out why my shipment wasn't sent out Saturday delivery. Useless fuck who blamed it on us and said all he could do was "coach" his representatives so that it didn't happen to someone else.. That's fine, you definitely need to do that.. but what the hell are you going to do about lying to me?
sorry, I was livid that night after I got off the phone with this guy for the way he was talking to me. I guess the customer is always right is a dead thought now a days.
