Speaking of Christmas presents and alcohol. I'm driving the ES350 since my car is being painted and I opened the trunk and there was a brand new bottle of crown. Too bad I'm at school.

There is this little itilian coffee shop in the north end of boston that makes a "Special Hot Coca" It's tasty and will put you on your ass.... AMAZING!

Here is a stupid question...
On the measuring tape what is the 7th dash after 2 inch mark? What is it equivilant to in MM... im trying to get some new center caps and they all sell em as ie: 55mm, 60mm, 70mm etc.
Im ashamed that I don't know this lolz but im used to just counting the dashs after each inch

Billy it depends on the scale of your tape measure. Are there 8 or 16 small lines between each inch?

Now I get 2 different mm answers... 62mm or 73mm lolz this is where i get lost!
If I can get an accurate inch then I could definetly find the mm equal.

Billy if your tape measure is broken down into parts of 16 beau is correct. The one on my desk happened to be broken only into 1/8's, and thats what I based my answer off. That's why I changed it to ask what units your tape was broken into. If your scale is in 16th's it is 60.91 mm.
The other question is what are you measuring the center cap or the hole it needs to fit into?

My tape measure is after main inch there are 15 dashes between the number and the half (16 being the halfway mark)
so I guess I could be safe with a center cap 60mm then...?

This is why I love my vernier. Way easier to comprehend, and if I want mm, I just google "2.534 inches to mm" lol. It's accurate as shit too.
Does anyone else use verniers often?
