Update: tensioner is extended out almost an inch which confirms the worst. Damn timing chain stretch. Seriously considering cutting my losses and getting a new ride. The car is stuck in Pensacola away from my tools and I just don't have the time to fix the fucking thing not to mention other busted shit I found.

Sorry to hear Z. It's not fun changing the timing chain with the motor in the car. It's cake when it's out of the car.
Speaking of, I yanked the motor and pulled the transmission off yesterday. Going to dig into it this weekend to see what I broke this time.

trying to take off the UR crankshaft pulley off the accord before I sell it... Start blip didn't work. So I ordered that 2lb impact 19mm slug.

Who knows. I'm hoping it's something simple and easy to replace. When I drained the transmission fluid, it was clear. No chunks came out of the drain hole like before. I figure this is as good a time as any to upgrade my 6th gear for a taller one. I may even consider a different gear set over the straight cut gears.

It had to be done sadly. I didn't feel like continuing to throw money at that same problem after throwing in a new chain and tensioner.
On the plus, the new ride has more power and better fuel mileage than the CM. I got the automagic that way Yei can drive it if necessary (mostly when I've enjoyed far too many refreshing beverages).
Overall, I'm happy with it. It'll be stock for a short while but I do plan on minor suspension and audio mods. Going to keep it real simple and eventually it'll become the car for the kids when they get their license.

Replaced the hardware on my bug guard, it's straight now. Replaced a missing bolt on my side skirt and put some double sided tape on it. Took my roof spoiler off, cleaned, put new adhesive and put it back on.

I think today is the day mine gets a for sale sign...
It just sits and I feel like it would be a decent car for someone. Sort of feel bad letting it said there and waste away. Not sure what to do...

So many people letting go of their cars.
I opened up my transmission yesterday and found that I busted my final drive. So long rare OEM parts from the Indian CR-V. Time for another transmission upgrade with aftermarket parts.
