This will be a DIY on removing and installing the center pocket. Sorry for the crappy pics. I was using my cell phone, but I hope this will help anyone who will be doing this. I will try to be as thorough.

Tools:

Philips Screwdriver
Flathead Screwdriver

1: Open the "This Is Not An Ashtray" pocket and Power Outlet pocket.

2: Pull up on the shifter assembly trim.

3: Disconnect heated seat plugs by pushing in the little tab in the middle of the plug. (If applicable)

For Automatics. (Skip this step if you have a manual transmission)
4: Use a small flathead screwdriver to pry open the shifter assembly emergency gear selector. Use your key and press down to move your shift knob to a position to where you can remove your shifter assembly trim.

5: Remove the "This Is Not An Ashtray" rubber cover.

6: Unscrew the two bolts located on the outer edges of the two lower pockets.

7: Use a flathead screwdriver and pry open the "This Is Not An Ashtray" tray.

8: Under the tray you will see 2 screws. Proceed to unscrew them.

9: Pull up on the lower pockets.

10: Unplug the power outlet plug.

11: Unscrew the 2 screws that hold the center pocket down.

12: Pull the center pocket out.

Install center pocket in and install in reverse order. Here I replaced my center pocket for the carbon fiber one. The outcome is as follows.
