I gotta figure out what's goin on with the suspension.. probably end up getting the nex-gt's.. and if i don't do it asap the money I got from my loan is going somewhere else mwahaha.

I'm down for goin to dubbridge but can't make it in the car i'm drivin round, ask juls lol.  maybe on my way down to NC (23rd or 24th), i'll swing through with the girl if we leave thursday night instead of friday morning.. i'll let you know. yes i know that's the weekend of arie lol! which is why i really want to stop through.. just not sure if i can.

No it was saturday morning at 4am I had my last one! Its been tough as hell and I think Im gaining weight since my appetite isnt supressed! OY!!

^Yeah that's what they say happens. That's why Ash and I started working out right when we quit. She's finally quit tryin to do the easy workouts(bike riding) since she's noticed she's put on a few regardless. So now she's started running like me.

I tell ya! Lifting is one of the best ways to lose body fat honestly! But when lifting you actually have to eat properly thats why it doesnt necessarily have the best effect on people trying to lose fat! But if you all have a stairmaster at your gym hop on that! Its a mean lil bitch, bout 10 minutes on that thing on level 5 is betetr than 20 minutes of running at a 5mph pace!

Everyone pick a day and we'll try to make one work in the next 2-3 weeks, I mean I figure saturday the 25th is the most logical sense its when Arie will be here, we could also do something that Friday possibly too! Maybe find some good roads in NOVA, think I found a good one in fairfax that leads to Manassas actually.
