Has anyone recieved the Windshield Wiper Motor Recall notification? I just got a reminder that I didn't get it replaced last year and to do so this year. I set up an appointment at a Honda Dealer near me. I wonder how long a process it will be to replace the motor...?

If you haven't recieved a notice check will your dealer and find out if your accord is in need of this. They can tell you on the spot with the vehicle vin #

I got mine done in Feb. It took 45 minutes with an oil change, so not long at all. Oh, and btw they do not replace the motor unless it doesn't work. They just put a cover on it.

Ya I had got mine done last year in April I think. I forgot how long it took, think like 1.5 hours depends on how much work they get that day. It's written on my invoice how long, but Plaza Honda held me dowwwwwn. They most likely wont replace the motor. Prob put the covering over it if it's still in good working condition.

Good to know guys thanx. Yea I probably get the cover because mechanically mine seems fine. Unless some corrosion has started to occur already from all the washing of the ride I have done and after all the rain we had during this so called summer. Well I will report back on wed. 09/16 when I get it done.

Well my ride went into Honda at 9am and came out at 3:30pm. The motor was fully replaced at no cost since it was a recall. Everything seems fine.
