My wife and I have setup weekly pushup goals for ourselves since she seems to think that her arms are getting too flabby.  Mine are just skinny as all hell. Whatever. It's better than not doing anything.

got on the bike bandwagon. biking an hour a day 5 days a week. first ride was pain full with the stock seat. got a sunlite cloud-9 mens works well.

Back to my routine this week. I had to take a few days off last week because my ankle was acting up. Old sprains suck sometimes

Last week was a bust for me. I didn't do shit because I wasn't in bed before 2 am all week. Between all the driving, flying, working late and eating garbage, I've been drained. I need to get back to my routine. I may go for a run tonight when I get home if it's cooled down enough.

Woo! Reached my first goal with the trainer today. The goal was to break into the 220's. Well we were shooting for 229, nope, hit 228!! That's 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I should be under 225 by next Wednesday

Congrats!  That's an awesome accomplishment!

On a side note, I joined a gym over the weekend.  I started weight lifting this week; I didn't want my work out to be purely cardio.

Nah, no specific workout routine; at least, nothing like Starting Strength or anything like that.  As far as a personal routine, I'm still trying to figure that out.

Man look at the body building .com kris gethin workout plan. You can use that to set up workout plans. It's all about isolating muscle groups.
