I guess I can talk about this here. As you all know I just got another 7th gen, 3 days after purchase the trans started shifted abruptly (or moreso than it should) from first to second. I hear a friend of mine had this same issue at the same miles, new trans and two yrs later he’s still going strong. He’s at 142k now and said it was an electronic issue. I might try and see if they can fix it with a new trans and just keep it. That’s where my mindset is right now. It’s all under warranty, so why not.

That would Definitely be the route that I would take. Take it to the dealer and tell them you want a new one. Is it a honda warranty or a warranty from the ford dealership you purchased it from? I guess either way it wouldn't matter, they still owe you a new tranny if there's something wrong with it.

Take it to Honda. Let them give you a new one. According to that kid Evolved or whatever, those things are cheap as hell. LoL

rofl…He had an I4 though. I really felt like trading it but I would probably lose money or gain very little, I'll at least try to fix it and who knows, maybe mod it a little.

Do yourself the favor and don't mod it. If you are going to mod it, keep it extremely simple. Don't go crazy.
