They also made one for the V6 as well. I might get this and have a dual ETD.  ;)

Hopefully I'll be talking to Adam at Ingalls on Monday to exchange my TSX TQ damper (NIB) with the one they made for the Accord.  I'll try and get some pics up when I get mine too.

Ok I have an update for you guys.  I installed the torque damper yesterday at work.  Here is where the list of problems and complications starts:

1.  The ETD is not compatible with under-drive pulley kits due to the increased diameter of the power steering pulley.  The engine mount bracket will touch the power steering pulley and cannot be installed as packaged.  If you have an under-drive pulley kit regardless of manufacturer, you will need to remove about a half inch of material off of the bracket in order to sufficiently clear the power steering pulley.  I will post pictures of this at my next earliest convenience and I will develop the DIY with this modification in mind.

2.  The ETD is not compatible with a neuspeed upper strut bar (as well as probably the rest of the lot).  The ETD chassis bracket is rather thick and will prevent the use of a strut tower bar.  In order to correct this problem, you will need to find or fabricate spacers for the three other strut tower bar mounting locations in order to use both the ETD and a strut tower bar.  If you install the ETD you will lose the use of your strut tower bar until you find or fabricate spacers.

3.  When I start my engine or launch in first gear at any RPM I hear a tapping noise.  I am investigating the source and feel that it may be the stock strut brace conctacting the adjacent bend in the ETD's chassis mounting bracket.  I intend to use washers under the bolts holding the brace to the ETD mounting bracket in order to give the strut tower brace more clearance.  Hopefully this solves the problem.  If not, it's time to break out the chassis-ear and the headset and test drive endlessly for NVH.

On the positive side of things..IT WORKS!!

Hook up some pics Skippy.  I talked to someone at Ingalls today and he said that we should send in pictures of what needs to be changed for the pulleys to clear the bracket.  This could help make rolling changes for future manufacturing.

I'm also a little confused about what you mean by fabricating spacers for the other STB mounting locations.  Care to draw up a diagram or something so I can get a better idea of what you mean?

I'm afraid that if I attempt to draw a schematic, it will look anything but what I want to show...so I'll put it into better words...

Your strut tower bar has 4 places where it bolts to the chassis.  The torque damper raises one of those spots up because it sits there.  The other three are factory height.  You can't bolt the bar down flat because it will be raised up in one corner...you need to raise the other 3 corners a comparable height before the bar will bolt down flat again.

Gotcha.  That's easy enough to understand.  I bet you could probably pull it off with some washers if you want to be ghetto about it.  I'm sure you can also just get some spacers machined like you mentioned.

I just wanted to add that it works fine, you do not need to machine the engine mount bracket. That engine mount moves vertically with the car, it will never move horizontal. However, with the pulleys, if you want to be safe, you can machine it just a little bit to make sure. To top it off, its great!

Where are the fucking pics Mike?

Am I gonna be the person that actually posts install pics?  I guess I will be.  As soon as I get the spacers for my Neuspeed bar, I'll be doing my install.

I found this on the Ingalls website. It has installation instructions and pictures.

Yeah, that's a good resource.  When I got my ETD, it came with Jeep installation instructions.
