Anyone tried this out yet? Claims to be something like 8x better wear protection than Mobil 1.  Interesting...wonder if its just more hype.

Only way to tell is to use it, and have a used oil analysis done.

Never heard of it to be honest with you. Try it out and lets see. I would take the dive but I still have about 2K miles til my next change.

Yeah, from what I can tell it just hit the market. I have an oil change in about 2k as well. I've been meaning to send an oil sample to a lab....this might be a good opportunity.
