Google Chrome

I am spoiled by all the features Mozilla FireFox has, but if anyone has good experiences using this new browser, share them here. It's definitely got me curious.

I also like a lot of the stuff that Google has to offer, but I'm a sucker for Firefox and I'd rather support a small unknown (well...they used to be) company like Mozilla than the Google giant.

I actually made the switch to Chrome from Firefox about 3 months ago. This was mainly due to speed. Even without any plugins firefox started much slower than chrome and used up more RAM. I also do Java programming so Chrome does it a bit faster as well. It's nice because it transfers all your firefox info to itself

I'll be looking into this pretty soon.  I hate the fact that you can't contact google for anything.  We're getting a ton of spam from gmail accounts and I want to report all these fuckers, but there's no way to do it.

i think chrome sucks its ok for people who like the simple things but am sticking to Firefox

I've been using chrome almost exclusively since it came out.  It's faster than Firefox for me, uses less screen real estate, and doesn't crash as often (and when it does, the offending tab can be closed instead of the whole browser crashing which is awesome).  I like it.

Also, in regards to the spam coming from the gmail accounts, its more than likely just harvested email accounts (gained via spam bots, phishing, etc) going through non google servers so they (google) likely can't do anything about it. Most junk email from google, hotmail, etc don't actually come from the people that are in the reply to box.
