Suleman, how long have you known me and you didn't know i'm a computer junkie.

I just finished mounting a wall LCD in my apartment in Austin to run dual screens with my laptop. I built my last desktop as well as my brothers. My last desktop had led super silent stealth fans, and 6 sets of cathodes, along with a custom button panel...i'll take some pics of it next time im in houston.

I never knew that haha.

Screw all those lights and shit; I just got three coolmaster 80mm fans and 2-120mm fans. My case looks like the computer wouldn't perform worth shit lol. I almost used one of my old HP cases but needed more bays for my internals (hp case only supported one internal HDD haha)

This has to be the best part of my new set-up:

The 1% is because I have iTunes running and I'm DLing something lol. Last night the damn thing was saying 0% at complete idle (no extra apps running)

Ok I need help. Less than a month after I built this thing it's already giving me problems.

This morning I got on my computer, made a DVD and had to go to class so I set it to just shut down when its finished burning. Came home after class went to turn it on and now it won't boot past the Intel Splash screen. The BIOS code being shown is FF, tried three different HDD's, took it all apart and ran just the motherboard, PSU and HDD. Still didn't boot.

Also, at first I thought it was the processor so I ran back to Fry's and got it replaced so the processor being used is less than 2hours old. If anyone has answers please email me or txt me (8322743557) since I'm probably not going to be anywhere near a computer after now... DAMMIT!

Oh the irony lol. Last night I had downloaded the entire American DayDreams collection haha.

did you get the mobo from fry's? if so, try swapping that out...maybe one of the ports for the ports for the hdd's and what not are shot...or maybe one of your cables have gone to hell...

try the cables first (if you have spares laying around)

also, get into the mobo's config (it's one of the F** keys right after windows starts)..and then you can go into the menu and view what "hardware" is present on the mobo...if it doesn't show the hdd's then you know its either the cable or mobo

i already checked all the cables and the damn thing doesnt even get past the bios screen.

and thats it, im never buying anything from frys electronics again! just went there and asked for an exchange on the motherboard since its been less than three weeks that i bought this one and the fucking broad tells me i bent a pin on the processor socket! i say bs and ask for the gm. gm comes out and i talk to him(because even though i was looking hard i couldnt see a bent pin!)

i tell the gm that i can get it running like it is and he agrees. they give me a processor ram hd and psu to play with. ten minutes later i have it running just how i had it at my house (wouldnt go past the main intel screen) i show them that there is no bent pin and the fucking tech over there has the audacity to tell me that my problem is being caused by the 'bent pin'! i just stare at him with the 'how the fuck do you work here look' and take everything apart and made sure to try my best to mess up their processor lol (hand was sweaty and just stuck my thumb on the back of it; hopefully it worked)

all in all... i have to buy a new mobo. microcenter here i come.

i got your text while i was in class, oh and btw i can't get picture messages.

Just buy it online: newegg, tigerdirect

So even after you showed them it didn't work they didn't replace it? that's gay...i would file a complaint with their main office.
I've bought so much stuff from them but no problems here.
