This year he's caught maybe 3. They will be a better team. They may not put up better stats but, they will win more games. If a person is bad for morale, and forces the offense to change for his benefit he is not good for the whole of an organization. It's a classic example of addition by subtraction. The Patriot offense has always been about clock management until he came here. After he got here we won 0 championships. We had a lot of flashy plays and scored a ton of points but, it does no good if you cannot win. The plan going into this year was already to change the offense back to the way it was that’s why they drafted two tightends that could play this year. Moss realized this and started bitching because he wasn't going to get the ball a lot causing him to get less stats in his contract year and ultimately costing him money. He's gone because he's a self centered arrogant prick, and the Patriots organization doesn't deal with bullshit and I'm glad they don’t. You can't argue against that organization right now. They have proven that they know how to win, and are trying to get back the form that allowed them to do so. Randy Moss was a mistake and an otherwise unblemished record!

I just read this morning that the Pats are talking to SD about trading Mankins for Jackson.  IF they get him, that kinda ruins your whole argument.  Jackson is by far a bigger prick and diva then Moss.

Branch fits in with the way the offense is moving. The other Rumor I heard was Mankins and a pick for Roy Williams and Tashard Choice.

Oh man I hope not.  Choice is too damn good to go to the stinking Pats.  Why Dallas hasn't realized that is beyond me.  You can have stone hands Williams though.
