I think it is an upgrade for the Cav's on offense but, I don't think shaq has much left on the defensive side of the ball. I guess basically if they were getting him to stop Howard I don't think it's going to help because he won't be able to keep up.

That's the exact reason why they got him.  He wont be able to keep up with Howard but he'll wear him down for other players that can play hard D but arent as big.  Like I told a friend of mine Shaq is old but this trade was basically old guy for an old guy cuz they gave up Ben Wallace. So out of the two I'd rather have Shaq.

I agree. I think signing shaq to an extension before the season would be a bit of a mistake. It looks like the C's are hell bent on moving Rondo for some reason.

Cause he is overated right now, and they think they can get a better PG in the draft? A good PG class this season.

^ I think that's pretty strong cuz Sheed will def show up now that he's back to a all star cast. Gonna be a very interesting year in NBA. Wish the damn Wizards would do something besides that lil Foye and Miller pick up.

Anyone else catch UFC 100?  Watching Dan Henderson pummel that punk Bisbing was great!!! I don't think I've ever seen anyone land a punch that hard.

Are we referring to the stone cold knockout punch, or the flying punch that he smashed his head into the mat with after knocking him out cold, hahaha.  I love how like 4 minutes after the fight ends dude sits up and asked if he won, BWAHAHAH, your eyes are shut, your dizzy and your laying on the mat, you think you won?!?!
