so with bounty gate, sean peyton is suspended for 2012 with out pay, does this mean he cant be on the side line on sundays?

Of course thats what it means.. Those punsihments were crazy. Tebow to the Jets is surprising. I hope Sanchez starts strong because NY will bring Tebow mania to a whole nother level.

punishments were crazy but as much as i dislike goodell, if he hadnt done something harsh he'd have a shit storm with players, since hes all about saftey.

The punishments were absolutely ridiculous.  I agree with suspending Gregg Williams indefinitely but the rest of the punishments are way over the line.  If I was the Saints owner I would be LIVID!  The league has basically thrown any chance the Saints have of being competitive next year out the window.  They don't draft until round 3 this year and round 2 next year.  That lack of high draft picks is going to hurt them long term.  If I was Brees I don't know if I would sign a contract there anymore. 

The Rams get screwed too.   Time to go find a new DC. 

The Tebow trade is just plain retarded.   This is going to make the lockerroom situation they have even worse.  As much as I love Rex Ryan, I bet this is his last year with the Jets.  Probably the last head coaching job he ever gets too.

Lets be realistic, every single NFL team has or has had a form of "bounty" system.  The Saints are just the unlucky scapegoats because they were the first to get caught.

Haven't watched a single pitch... I actually hate the way the Red Sox handled the off season. I hate Valentine as a manger, and the fact that because the palyers were morons they fired hard working people in the organization that really had 0 control over what the players were doing.

My O's are lighting it up!

Can't say I'm thrilled with how the Raven's draft went.  NE's draft however, looked pretty good, the first couple rounds at least.
