Sunroof Switch Light Bulb Replacement How-To:
Honda Part Number: 35850-SDN-A01 ($2-4)
1) Remove the Philips screw at the bottom left of the Driver side under-dash panel
2) Pry off the under-dash panel with your fingers and slight force, towards the rear of the vehicle
3) Pop out the switch panel (Optional) and the Sunroof Switch, itself, by depressing the upper and lower mounting tabs and pushing the switch out towards the rear of the vehicle
4) Disconnect the wiring harness to the sunroof switch
5) Locate the existing bulb on the right-hand side of the switch
6) Note the polarity and remove the old bulb by using a flat-head screwdriver and turning it counter-clockwise
7) Installation is the same steps in the reverse order

It's not necessary to pry of the lower dash panel. You can leave that in, reach up behind your dash and just pop the switch panel out. It's much faster that way!

Glad to teach you somethin' new about your car, Milan!
You can also buy just the bulb at Radio Shack and change it, keeping the OEM bulb base - however, the brand new OEM bulb cost me $3.20 so I wasn't too worried about saving a dollar...literally

You may want to make a note in the first post that the bulb will be specific to coupes and sedans. Coupes will have a red bulb and sedans will have greenish. This is good news for me because my fog light switch is out of a sedan kit and the greenish switch has been bugging me even though I rarely see it.
I'm ordering 4 bulbs tomorrow to fix my passenger heated seat switch, sunroof switch, foglight switch, and in the process of messing with the bulbs I managed to burn out the TCS switch bulb.
Great post, rep for you, thanks again. I though I was going to have to buy a new switches just to fix the illumination!

Hmm...maybe Tim can answer that lol...
I ordered 4 bulbs from the dealer. I ordered the same part number because the description is the same but the part numbers change by 1 number for the sunroof, the TCS, and the seat heater. I tried the working one in the burned out switch so I don't see why it would be different but lets hope I didn't fuck up lol.
Sunroof 35850-SDN-A01 BULB (14V 40MA)
TCS 35851-SDN-A01 BULB (14V 40MA)
Seat heater 35852-SDN-A01 BULB (14V 40MA)

No, they're all the same bulb, I'm 99% sure, also including the Hazard switch to that list too
btw, I just gave Thien a rep on the write-up for the coilovers and his stayed the same number, so I guess it doesn't always change like a counter haha Still, good shit, though!

So is the green bulb in the fog light switch for the 03-05 sedans switchable to a different color then?

Yes, I just did that on my coupe since the switch was an OEM Honda sedan switch.
