Why are some of my PM's getting "stuck" in my outbox and are not being sent? Anyone else having this problem?

Its not stuck in the outbox. What it means is that the person who you sent the PM to has not yet checked it.

Thien is correct.  That just means that they have been sent, but not read by the person you sent them too.
