Every time I roll the window all the way up it makes a loud creak as soon as it is seated in the top of the frame. As I drive along it will make more creaks (while closed), especially when I turn corners. Is this due to bad weather stripping? Or is it misaligned?

I have the same problem with all four windows. Whenever I go over any kind of bump or rough pavement, all four windows make that weird creaking noise. It almost sounds like the weather stripping is rubbing against the window or something.

If it's not, then you may want to grease the window tracks.  Get some shin etsu grease from Honda.  That's what you're supposed to use for the window tracks.
