His lawyer advised him it would be a good idea if he stayed off the property at this point. We're using the master electrician he got the quote from, and we got the quote in writing. We verified with him that the amount would cover everything before we signed.

There are mushrooms, that's right mushrooms, the fungus...growing out of our basement carpet. This stuff only happens to us....if a chocolate river shows up and Veruca Salt runs by i'm outta here lol

Maybe some advice from you folks... My property abuts the road which does damage to my lawn because the road salt ends up on the first 4 feet of it and kills it. Anyone have any neat decent looking ideas to fill this space? I was thinking some crushed stone but not sure how it will look.
