Keep in mind the ceiling height is like 7'-6" and there's lay-in ceiling tile running down the middle of the apartment. Very little daylight comes in.

^^Still, that's a pretty nice layout. I like the use of the trim on those steel columns. Did you do the redesign of the interior yourself, floor plan wise? I'd be interested to see what the original layout consisted of.

My best friend used to live there before I did. It's the basement of his grandparents house. He finished it when he lived there. My wife and I just changed a few of the colors in the living room and bar area.
I'll see if I can draw up the floor plan this weekend.
