Dam! Why did you move!?!
Inspection went well..the fireplace needs some attention.. and the laundry drainage is an issue also..
Have to replace some doors..
Don't worry Mike, our realtor is a hard ass..she's gonna ask for everything and see what happens..we have another inspection before we close too..

Not buyin a house, but lookin into an apartment, so I felt that it fit. Torn right now, I wont find out if I'm getting the job until Saturday but the lady who showed us the townhouse we love said they rentin like hot cakes with only a few left... so do we risk losin the $200 deposit and say were in before I know for sure or just wait and risk her renting it out. I talked to my would be boss today and he said he felt confident in it but couldnt give me a def 100%... I think were gonna risk the deposit. The price is just too right and the place is too nice to let slip thru the cracks.

I hate risks lol. If your gut is saying to go for it, than go for it! I hope the job works out
What's the place look like?
Well I sent the list of everything that was on the inspection report for the house to our realtor. I organized the list into different categories, what the seller should fix before we move in, what we will fix, what the utility companies will fix, and i have no idea who is supposed to fix.. Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll fix all of it. Mortgage and appraisal paperwork was done this morning.

I don't care about the garage. Just going there to crash. If you move, how soon would it be?
Also, back on topic. We went out looking at houses in our neighborhood and around town. Saw some stuff we liked, but will probably be building something if we can work something out with the builder. Right now, we're about to start the process. Gotta talk to a bank first and see what can be done to get our finances in order.
