Thanks! I love that porch! It's all screened in and someone installed electrical outlets all across the top of it

Congrats Denny! That porch does look nice. Seems to have an open layout for the most part. I love the price

Ah jeez. I sense some bad things happening and appearing on the news in that house. I will burn that address into my mind should it happen.

In the spring or summer time, buy yourself one of those alkaline water testers before you wash your car with the hose. You're using well water and sometimes well water is really hard. Those hard water stains are a pain in the ass to get off your paint.
Also ask if there's a septic tank and when the last time is was cleaned out was.
Just a thought.

Bad things? Like what? Lol
Nelson the house has a water filtration system, but we're going to have it tested as well, and the septic will be tested also..

Denny do yourself a favor and ask for everything to be fixed. You will never get ot all but will be more inclined to get some. And ask to see the repairs before the day of the closing. At that point its to late to have them fix anything that wasn't correct. I got screwed on this. Something was half ass fixed but we were ready to move and would have had to put the closing off.

Congrats Denny! Its weird seeing someone posting about NH. I grew up in Londonderry and lived in the area up until 09 and was the only active member on here from the shire for a while.
