I can't believe this, the other party got cold feet and backed out! My realtor called me and we resubmitted our bid! 10 min later she said they accepted! Hooooly shiiiiiiit!

My parents have had a gravel driveway for 29 years. Just learn to wipe or feet and pull in and out real slow.
