If you have good credit the sky is the limit on these programs. Down Payment assistance, grants for buying in specific areas (usually rural), closing cost assistance, etc. With the market the way it is there is a lot of help out there. It's not taking a hand out when its funded by your taxes.

Yeah. That's a good idea. I need to finish building my car before I can really do anything else right now though. It's a long term goal, so I have time before we actually start looking seriously. Shoot me a pm or text about it.
