Voila! Yeah I need to get one too. I have mucho student loans, and the whole process makes me nervous. But I guess it's better than paying rent, and feeding into someone else's retirement. There was a house for sale last year in Mason NH, it had an open format, with a huge kitchen, but what sold me, was the basketball court in the attic. lol It was like 500,00

The biggest thing is debt to income ratio along with a good score. If any of that is no good, you may not get approved.
